ICANN 已向域名注册商 Aceville Pte Ltd. 发送了一份违规通知 （pdf）。
虽然 Aceville 可能不是一个家喻户晓的名字，但它是中国大型企业集团腾讯（HKEX： 00700 HKD Counter，ADR 交易代码为 OTCMKTS： TCEHY）的一部分。
Aceville 在 DNSPod.com 以 DNSPod 的名义开展业务。更令人困惑的是，腾讯还拥有一家名为 DNSPod， Inc. 的注册商，该服务以 DNSPod.cn 提供服务。
截至 5 月，Aceville 管理着大约 80,000 个 .com 域，而 DNSPod， Inc. 则拥有超过 500,000 个。
这项投诉专门针对 Aceville 或 DNSPod.com。
ICANN 表示，Aceville 违反了其认证协议的五个部分，主要是因为逃避了处理 DNS 滥用投诉的职责。Aceville 也未能实施注册数据访问协议 （RDAP）。
Aceville 必须在 10 月 11 日之前纠正违规行为。

ICANN has sent a breach notice (pdf) to domain name name registrar Aceville Pte Ltd.
While Aceville might not be a household name, it’s part of the large Chinese conglomerate Tencent (HKEX: 00700 HKD Counter, ADR traded as OTCMKTS: TCEHY).
Aceville does business as DNSPod at DNSPod.com. Adding to the confusion, Tencent also owns a registrar called DNSPod, Inc., which offers services at DNSPod.cn.
Aceville had about 80,000 .com domains under management as of May, while DNSPod, Inc. had over 500,000.
This complaint is specifically for Aceville, or DNSPod.com.
ICANN said Aceville breached five parts of its accreditation agreement, primarily for shirking its duty to handle DNS abuse complaints. Aceville has also failed to implement Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP).
Aceville has until October 11 to cure the breaches.
